Well written with plenty of moments and good perspectives of the time and world the characters and story inhabit, but it is lengthy and plodded along (quite) a few times making it a bit of a challenge and, to be honest, quite skippable of which I did a few time when it went a-bit-on-and-on; five out of five for storytelling, three out of five for readability!
