Happiness, A Mystery
And 66 Attempts to Solve It

Having read it
★★★☆☆
Full of spirit and a few interesting and thoughtful perspectives and approaches – a few listened and interpreted with and from life coaches, as part of the book’s narrative – ultimately distilled into the numbered suggestions, with many of them just being sensible and worthwhile (and some I would like to think I follow and do) but hopefully, with its bare bones, useful to those wanting to find some assistance to guide their own happiness-seeking efforts.
Overall though it seemed a somewhat slightly enmeshed effort of sort-of-therapy and writing (all weighed down a bit by Western privilege, to be honest) that kind of felt contractually obligatory for an author that might just be taking on too much and wearing herself out; the book may have been best as a series of blog posts online, but I guess there is always a monetary gain for a publisher to put out another book from a(nother) name!
