An interesting and honest memoir that has plenty of light-hearted, even partially revealing, moments of a life well performed in many a place and alongside many a person, some of which and some of whom were fictional!
A good passage
We’re back to the joys of radio again, I suppose. It was all so magical and evocative. Somebody once said that they preferred radio to television because the pictures were better! Isn’t that a terrific little saying.
