Volume three includes: The Broken Ear (most read Tintin book by me!); The Black Island (in my opinion a great example of Herg?’s illustrative skills and storytelling); King Ottokar’s Spectre (second most read Tintin title, which I was always getting out of my local library as a child). Volume four includes: The Crab with the Golden Claws (unusual but enjoyable); The Shooting Star (weird but readable); The Secret of the Unicorn (Haddock at his best!).
