The Adventures of Tintin
Volume 7 and 8
Hergé
Having read it
★★★★★
Volume seven includes: The Calculus Affair (just brilliant, always the one I tried to get in my local library as a child); The Red Sea Sharks (all right, but not great); Tintin in Tibet (brilliant in its scope and approach). Volume eight includes: The Castafiore Emerald (okay, but always felt like a bit of a publisher’s filler); Flight 714 to Sydney (just brilliant); Tintin and the Picaros (excellent comic) and Tintin and Alph-Art (the Herg? title that was in progress but never got finished, so good to read and see his early sketches for it).
